I lave a plot of land, and I would like to build a house there. What do I have to do?
We recommend you turn to us for a consultation at the very start, and we can discuss the general features of your project (or your ideas concerning the construction), the estimated cost and plan of actions. This will help us make the process of building your house easier, cheaper and faster.

If necessary, we can recommend an architectural firm to help you at all the preliminary stages:

  • obtaining design specifications (in the absence of a detailed spatial plan)
  • assistance in arranging a site engineering survey
  • producing the design of the building
  • producing the design of specific systems
  • obtaining the building permit

After all these stages have been completed, the construction can start.

Can I come by your office?

Of course, you can. But we recommend you arrange your visit over the phone in advance: our employees spend most of their working hours on construction sites.

How fast will you be able to prepare a price quotation for the house construction?

A lot depends on the complexity of the design, specific systems and interior design solutions. As a rule, it takes from two to four weeks to prepare price quotation.

How long will the construction last, and what are the types of warranty you provide?
There is no single answer for all. A lot depends on the complexity of the design, various customized solutions, the situation on the market of construction materials, and weather conditions. As far as residential houses are concerned, the construction could take from six to twelve months.
We provide all the types of warranty required by law. What currently matters for you as a private customer is the two-year warranty.
Is the price stated in the contract final?
It normally is. The final price may be affected by various changes in the design made in the course of construction or force majeure events on the market of construction materials. The price of our work stated in the contract will not change.
